Petição pelo impeachment de Toffoli alcança 50 mil assinaturas em três dias Uma petição em apoio ao pedido de impeachment do presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal, Dias Toffoli, passou a marca de 50 mil assinaturas em pouco mais de três dias. A petição foi proposta pelo MP Pró-Sociedade, uma associação de membros do Ministério Público de perfil conservador, e cujos membros assinam, juntamente com a jurista Janaína Paschoal, o pedido de impeachment que já foi protocolizado no Senado. Ouça a descrição da petição: “O Ministro Dias Toffoli determinou, nos autos do Recurso Extraordinário 1.055.941, a paralisação dos processos judiciais, inquéritos e procedimentos do MPF e dos MP estaduais que tenham sido instaurados com base em dados do Coaf, Receita e Banco Central, ou seja, estabeleceu-se impedimento para que os referidos órgãos mantenham as comunicações de irregularidades ao Ministério Público. Tal decisão monocrática, além de contrariar a Constituição Federal e diversas leis, trouxe contrariedade ao que foi estabelecido pelo Plenário do STF. A decisão do Ministro causa danos irreversíveis à população com a obstrução de investigações efetuadas pela Polícia Judiciária e / ou Ministério Público, já que suspende todos os processos que usam dados fiscais e bancários de contribuintes sem autorização judicial, afetando diretamente o combate à lavagem de dinheiro no país, ou seja, a todas as investigações ligadas à corrupção, narcotráfico, roubo de cargas, contrabando, entre outros, inclusive, com reversão de condenações, bens e propinas confiscados ao longo dos últimos 20 anos. Além disso, decisão ganha contornos de crime de responsabilidade, quando se constata que foge completamente à normalidade das decisões prolatadas por tão elevada Corte e, principalmente, quando se verifica que foi prolatada de forma a neutralizar a ação da Receita Federal e do Coaf, impedindo-os de investigar movimentações financeiras da esposa do Ministro. Por isso, a associação Ministério Público Pró-Sociedade, em parceria com a deputada estadual Janaina Paschoal, protococolaram um pedido de impeachment no Senado contra o presidente do STF. Excelentíssimo Sr. Dr. Davi Alcolumbre, presidente do Senado,

Venho perante Vossa Excelência, a manifestar meu apoio ao pedido de IMPEACHMENT  formulado pela  Deputada Janaina Pascoal e pelos  diretores da Associação  MP Pró-Sociedade,  cuja petição foi protocolada no dia 30/07/19, por meio do qual é requerida a abertura de processo de perda do cargocontra o Dr. José Antônio Dias Tofofli, Ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal, nos termos do parágrafo único, do art. 52, da Constituição da República e art. 70, da Lei Federal 1.079/1950.

Segundo a imprenssa há revelado, há irregularidades cometidas pelo ministro Toffoli que, com uma decisção monocrática beneficiou a esposa e amigos, e afetou inumeras investigações realizadas contra o crime organizado no país, gerando um enorme prejuicio para a sociedade.

Tais irregularidades devem ser investigadas pelo Senado, a seu digno cargo, instância competente para isso.
