A week of victories in favor of the Corruption Movement *

1. Senate approves 'Gilmar Mendes amendment' and prohibits auditor from investigating corruption.

2. STF decides: assemblies can overturn arrest of state deputies.

3. Congressional Committee approves to transfer Coaf from the Ministry of Justice to the Economy.

4. STF Approved pardon decree signed by Temer in 2017 * reduced to one-fifth the penalty period required for the prisoner * for crimes without violence or serious threat * to receive the benefit and obtain freedom *. It is valid for those who meet these conditions on December 25, 2017, * among whom are imprisoned for corruption. *
