JUSTIFICATIVA

O Brasil não mais pode aceitar que a corrupção continue a imperar. As instituições, sobretudo a judiciária, sendo guardião da Constituição, no caso do Supremo Tribunal Federal, e o principal pilar para uma forte democrática a ser construída, precisam ser grandes, dando exemplos de ética, seriedade e justas em seus atos, sejam atos que demandam do legislativo, ou atos, sobretudo, do judiciário.


O BRASIL NÃO PODE ACEITAR MAIS CORRUPÇÕES. O povo Brasileiro se levantará para qualquer tipo de privilégio. Não é mais possível que a impunidade prevaleça. Que o STF mantenha sua decisão, declarando a constitucionalidade de lei início de cumprimento de pena sendo confirmada em segunda instância. Ninguém está acima da lei. Lula não está acima da lei.

BACKGROUND

Brazil can no longer accept that corruption continues to prevail. Institutions, especially the judiciary, being guardian of the Constitution, in the case of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF), and the main pillar for a strong democracy to be built, need to be great, giving examples of ethics, seriousness and justice in their acts, be acts that demand of the legislature, or acts, above all, the judiciary.



BRAZIL CAN NOT ACCEPT ANOTHER CORRUPTION. The Brazilian people will rise for any kind of privilege. It is no longer possible for impunity to prevail. That the STF maintains its decision, stating the constitutionality of the law beginning of compliance with the sentence being confirmed in the second instance. No one is above the law. Lula is not above the law.
