Já que tinha tanta pressa em bajular Bolsonaro livrando o primogênito dele de investigação do MP do Rio, Toffoli poderia ter agendado reunião plenária do STF para julgar pedido da defesa do senador Flávio. Mas ele preferiu ganhar tempo e tomar uma decisão monocrática sem submetê-la aos pares, com risco de não ser apoiado. Com reunião marcada para discutir o mérito para daqui a quatro meses, em novembro. E mente na cara dura falando em defesa do cidadão, como se em algum momento em que o Coaf compartilhou dados bancários de suspeitos investigados por PF e MP tenha havido quebra de sigilo bancário, que não houve. É o fim da picada usar o cidadão inocente e espoliado como máscara para proteger quem de fato sua medida protege: Flávio Bolsonaro, Fabrício de Queiroz, Lula, Glenn Greenwald, PT e outros sob suspeita, Direto ao assunto.
