The Brazilian Federal Supreme Court, in a recent decision by a majority of its ministers, understood that conduct that may involve electoral crimes should be referred to the Electoral Court. This means that there may be scope for cases where cancellations of convictions may occur. The criticism that a considerable group of jurists has been making about this decision, considered by them as a setback, is that at least in the medium and long term, and more specifically in the long term, decisions of convictions of political agents involved in corruption scandals will come to be canceled. And two worrying situations arise from there. First, where is legal security? In a country that the majority of the population is indignant and revolts because there are no strict laws for rigid punishments of the privileged classes and public agents who are elected to serve the citizen but "work" for the increase of their particular assets, discredit in the laws will only increase, with bitter feeling of impunity. Second and more catastrophic: the impression that it is a direct attack on the authorities who risk their own lives and the so-called Operation Car Wash, which will not only hinder the continuation of serious and brilliant work of those who are at the forefront of the fight against corruption , but could be the death penalty for the world's largest such operation. The Federal Supreme Court, giving opportunity with this decision so scabrous, before public opinion, becomes enemy of Operation Car Wash.

And ten steps backwards, a lot of both sides. What we saw in the Federal Supreme Court (STF) this week was unspeakable. A President of Federal Supreme Court (STF) - “rábula” (in Portuguese Lawyer without Post graduated academic and professional background) who never won a public contest - elevated to minister of the Supreme by a head of gang (The Boss) today in prison, threatening the Federal Public Prosecutor acting in the Operation Car Wash and, of others, a festival of “baba do quiabo” (slime’s okra in Portuguese with meaning easy thing to do, cinch )
That the rotten band of the STF (The Second Chamber of STF’s Ministers) , at the behest of their bosses, wants to end the Operation Car Wash that changed the course of the country, it is obvious. It acts to free convicted and blind defendants and investigated all involved parties, too.
The device of sending everything concerning “Petrolão” Petrobrás scandal and other scandals of crimes of politicians to the Electoral Justice; like slush fund crimes:
• " In fact is a “Christmas gift” anticipated to the gangs that dominate the country today and forever. For them, the dramatic social consequences that are damaging.

• Coincidentally, during the trial in STF the majority of social networks were down/stopped operating in Brasil, offline, leading conspiracy theorists to delirium. Since there is not even a single “cabocla” (herb of the composite family of ornamental flowers) as a “Christmas gift” , it would be an international conspiracy to prevent the "popular uprising”, throughout small screen of eletronic devices from manifesting itself … hilarious ? Perhaps…

• O fato é que passada a onda popular passional contra a canalhocracia, após as eleições ela se recompôs do susto em todos os níveis institucionais, dos municípios a Brasília. A impunidade e a indecência primariam, mais uma vez, sobre a probidade e a inocência?
