Com a CPMI das Fake News mirando as eleições de 2018, que elegeram Jair Bolsonaro, a base do governo está fazendo o papel de oposição no colegiado e conseguiu criar um clima de guerra na comissão, o que viabilizou a obstrução dos trabalhos nesta terça-feira.

Com falas longas e críticas à CPMI, chamada por parlamentares da base de “CPI do 3º turno” e de “CPI da censura”, o kit obstrução usado pela base que conseguiu impedir até mesmo que votações burocráticas, como a aprovação de uma ata de sessão anterior, fosse realizada.

O empenho da base tem a ver com o foco que está sendo tomado pela CPMI. Apesar de ter como pano de fundo a disseminação de notícias falsas e crimes de ódio na internet, a oposição tenta, na prática, passar a limpo o uso de redes sociais e disparos de mensagem em massa pela campanha de Bolsonaro.

Entre os requerimentos apresentados pelo PT estão os que pretendem ouvir representantes de empresas que trabalharam oficialmente na comunicação da campanha do PSL ou que enviaram mensagens favoráveis a Bolsonaro – ou contra o PT – em meio ao último pleito.

Há pedidos para se ouvir representantes de empresas como a AM4 Brasil, Croc Service, Enviawhatsapp, QuickMobile, SMS Market, Kiplix, Deep Marketing e Yacows na pauta da comissão.

Ainda sem requerimento formal, há também a expectativa da convocação de Carlos Bolsonaro, filho do presidente e vereador pelo Rio de Janeiro, que é o estrategista do clã Bolsonaro para redes sociais.

Para tentar evitar que o filho 02 do presidente compareça ao colegiado, o PSL remanejou seus membros na CPMI e colocou Eduardo Bolsonaro na lista de membros do colegiado. Ele fará parceria com outro irmão, o senador Flávio, na tentativa de impedir que as investigações avancem sobre a família.

Nesta terça (17), em meios aos debates e obstrução da base, a oposição fez uma série de provocações aos governistas.

“[Há] medo de que quando a gente investigue isso aqui, comecemos a investigar os tentáculos e quem está por trás desse tipo de coisa. Estão com receio de que bata em quem?”, questionou o líder do PT no Senado, Humberto Costa (PE).

Na mesma linha foi o deputado Carlos Zarattini (PT-SP).

“Será que o PSL está com medo de que tem alguém no governo envolvido com fake news?”, disse.

Já a deputada Bia Kicis (PSL-DF), uma das maiores defensoras de Bolsonaro no Congresso, disse: “Essa CPI poderá conduzir a desfecho lamentável para a sociedade brasileira”.

Sua colega de bancada, Caroline De Toni, de Santa Catarina, completou: “ Essa é a CPI da censura, é um terceiro turno para pegar nosso presidente Bolsonaro”.

Apesar de não ter havido deliberações devido à obstrução, a base ainda tentou, mas sem sucesso, invalidar a sessão passada da CPMI, quando o plenário aprovou a ida de representantes do WhatsApp, Google, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, The Intercept Brasil e Telegram para que prestem depoimentos.

Ainda não há data marcada para ouvir os representantes das empresas sobre as eleições de 2018. A CPMI volta a se reunir na próxima terça.

Antes de encerrar a sessão, o presidente do colegiado, Angelo Coronel (PSD-BA), fez um apelo para que o clima de disputa política não se repetisse na semana que vem. Mas, pelo receio da base em ver a comunicação de Bolsonaro ser investigada, o pleito deve ser em vão.

O deputado Filipe Barros (PSL-PR), um dos responsáveis por impedir o andamento das votações nesta terça, deixou claro a intenção da base na CPMI. “Aprendemos a obstruir com o PT”.
